We were registered with Ofsted on the 9th March 2020 after a premises inspection took place. Our Manager had to undergo a suitability interview lasting approximately 2 1/2 hours.
We expect Ofsted to return to our setting within 12-18 months from the 9th March 2020, but due to Covid 19 this could be slightly longer.
It is always our aim and intention to reach an 'outstanding' status. Angela Euesden has reached 'outstanding' with every setting she has ever worked with. However, it takes time to get there and it is hardly ever achieved straight away. We have a comprehensive Nursery Development Plan in place. Our staff have individual CPD (Continuing Professional Development) plans in place and we will always do our best to work towards achieving the very best for your child. It is unlikely (but not impossible) that a brand new setting would reach outstanding at it's first inspection, however inspections are useful, purposeful processes that will give us a clear indication of what it is that we need to work on in order to achieve an outstanding status and following any inspection that is less than outstanding, we would compile a comprehensive action plan of the key points raised in that inspection in order to work towards that grading.
